1. Dairex Standards of Conduct
Dairex Club LLC is a U.S. corporation under the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act (Tax ID : 93-4798754) located at 30 N Gould St, Suite #38084; Sheridan, WY 82801, email : info@dairex.club.

Dairex Club (also called club/society) establish the terms and conditions of membership and define the rights, duties and responsibilities of each member. The Dairex Rules of Conduct are an integral part of the Enrollment Agreement, and new members accept their contents in their entirety upon enrollment.

In Dairex Club, legality is one of our fundamental pillars. We operate with full transparency and comply strictly with regulations of the country where the club is registered.

With our services’s Marketplace, we don’t raise capital directly, but we channel transactions through regulated financial entities, guaranteeing safety and accordance with the regulations.

We commit to keeping the highest ethical and legal standards.

It is important to stand out the fact that we do not offer direct advice about investment. We rather select and use existing services in the market in order to make them available to our Club partners, allowing them to apply what was learned in the Academy with confidence and knowledge.

2. Dairex Club registration

Persons of legal age who are not subject to legal guardianship and who do not have criminal convictions may enroll in Dairex services. Dairex reserves the right to deny registration at its sole discretion. Dairex also reserves the unilateral right to terminate registration within 14 calendar days of registration on the official Dairex website. In that case, Dairex will refund any amount paid by the cancelled member.

3. Rights and duties of members

The member has the right to use the services promoted by Dairex for personal use, complying with the rules and acting in good faith. In addition, the member has the opportunity to invite up to 10 people to join the club; for this activity, Dairex offers bonuses determined by the same company, which communicates all the information in this regard that the member accepts when registering in the club.

4. Expiration of registration

Enrollment in Dairex services will automatically cease if at least one of them is not renewed and may be resubmitted in the future.

5. Responsibilities of members with Dairex

Each member must behave in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times and must adhere to Dairex in a financially responsible manner. The member is prohibited from using marketing strategies on social networks and/or other media, or using the Dairex brand without the prior consent of the society, to attract new potential members, under penalty of exclusion from the club. Members may not make statements or presentations promoting Dairex or Dairex services in a misleading, incorrect or inaccurate manner. Information about the services offered by Dairex may only be derived from official Dairex presentations and/or official company websites. Therefore, the member is expressly prohibited:

Make claims or references about Dairex products and services that are not included in official Dairex documentation, including claims about club services made by third parties outside of Dairex.

Make false claims about the performance and benefits offered by Dairex marketplace services.

Fraudulently present services that are not included among those offered by the club, using the Dairex brand. When establishing the first contact with potential new members of Dairex services, the member shall:

Introduce yourself by name.

Identify yourself as a Dairex member.

State the purpose of the contact, i.e., to offer Dairex services and/or provide an introduction of the club to the prospective new member.

Comprehensively answer any questions the prospective customer may have about Dairex and the services offered by the club.

6. Responsibilities of members with Dairex’s Marketplace

In relation to the services offered in the Marketplace, it is the sole responsibility of each member to choose the product(s) in which he/she wishes to invest.

These services are part of the Marketplace and are used directly by Dairex Club for its personal investments.

Dairex Club can never be held responsible for the loss of capital on the services offered in the marketplace.

Use of these services must be done responsibly and under the full responsibility of each member.

7. Violations

Members have a duty to report to Dairex any information relating to an actual violation of the above provisions by other members. In the event that a contractual breach is suspected or deemed to have occurred, Dairex may initiate an investigation into the activities of the member responsible for the alleged breach. Dairex may conduct this investigation on its own initiative or following a written complaint submitted by another member. In case of a clear violation of the rules by a member, Dairex, at its unappealable discretion, may take action to secure its position. In addition, the company may warn the member with a written notice and oblige him to repeat the mandatory training to access the club.

Finally, the society may take further action by suspending some or all of the member's privileges, including:

Suspend authorization for sponsorship activities (sponsorship, customer acquisition, training courses, home presentations, etc.).

Suspend the possibility of receiving any communication from Dairex.

Suspend invitations to seminars, trips and events sponsored by the company.

Organize re-orientation and training meetings, charging the costs to the non-compliant member.

In the communication to the non-compliant member containing Dairex's decisions, the duration of the suspension of one or more club services will be communicated, which may be imposed until Dairex considers that the behavior that led to the non-compliance has been corrected.

8. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes

Members must act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Dairex club bylaws, and may not engage in any activity that may compromise the reputation of other members and/or Dairex.

9. Updating personal/company information

Members must notify Dairex in a timely manner of any update or modification of their personal data. Dairex undertakes to keep confidential all data in its possession, except in cases of legal obligation.

11. Tax obligations

It is the responsibility of each member to comply with his or her tax obligations in accordance with the laws of his or her country of residence.

12. Final clauses

The member expressly agrees to adhere to any additional rules decided by Dairex regarding conduct, bonus policies, training plans or others. If the member does not wish to do so, his/her registration shall be considered lapsed. In such a case, the company shall reimburse the member for the sums due to him/her up to that time.

13. Add, modify and delete

Dairex can add, modify or remove any conditions at any time.
